About the Rooms

First Floor - The first floor room is located right off the kitchen on the first floor and does not offer quite the amount of privacy as our other rooms.

The Adirondack Deluxe Suite features a full kitchen, private bath, sitting area with television that has DVD and VHS capabilities and wireless internet access. The bedroom has a queen size bed and two single beds allowing up to six people to sleep in the room. The suite has its own entrance, patio sitting area and garage parking.

Our Lewis County Suite is our most popular room. The room has a queen size bed, a sitting area with television that has both DVD and VHS capabilities, and wireless internet access. A pull out sleeper sofa can sleep two additional people. The suite includes a kitchenette with microwave and coffee maker. The room has its own bathroom and entrance along with garage parking.

Our Angel Room is beautifully decorated with many angelic items to help make you feel like you are in a heavenly place! The room has a queen size bed, recliner, wireless internet access and uses the shared bathroom.

Our Victor Victoria Room has a queen size bed and wireless internet access. The room uses the shared bathroom.

• The Adirondack Deluxe Suite – $99 to 110 for up to double occupancy. Inquire about special pricing for long term stays.
• The Lewis County Suite - $99 to 110 for up to double occupancy.
• The Angel Room – 79 - $89 for up to double occupancy.
• The Victor Victoria Room $79 to $89 for up to double occupancy.
• First Floor - $79 for up to double occupancy.
• Local sales tax is 7.75% and Lewis County Bed Tax is 5%.

Meals

• A full breakfast is included in the price of all the rooms.
• Breakfast is served in the Enclosed Porch, Sun Room, Dining Room

Policies

• Minimum stay of two nights on weekends is required June through September and holiday weekends.
• Smoking is not allowed
• We cannot accommodate guest pets. (Countryside Veterinary Clinic in town has excellent boarding facilities. Their telephone number is (315) 376-6563.)
• Limitations on children staying (Ask for details.)
• No childcare is provided
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted
• Deposit amount required (A deposit equal to one night's room rate. We accept VISA / Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and personal checks.)
• Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Please let us know if you will not be able to check in between these times. Check out time is 11 a.m.
• Cancellations:
  Cancellation must be made one week in advance or deposit will be forfeited.
